A group income protection scheme will provide a replacement income to the company to ensure continuation of an employee¹s salary in the event of long-term ill health.

Benefits under this plan are restricted to a maximum of 75% of gross annual earnings. Any benefit payable will commence after an appropriate deferred period and continue until the employee is well enough to return to work.
