Wealth Platform has been designed and built to enhance our client proposition.
So what is Wealth Platform?
Wealth Platform is a secure portal for sharing information and data with you. The portal provides valuations of your assets held with ourselves. In addition and you can also add other assets, so you can build a complete overview of your financial position via the portal.
In order to be as secure as possible, we will also share portfolio valuations, and other relevant documents via Wealth Platform. All you will need to do is log in and you can see your documents online.
We have also added a Contact Adviser section, which shows the contact details for the team responsible for providing you with financial planning advice and administration of your portfolio with us. This can be found by clicking on the drop down arrow on the top right hand side of Wealth Platform. We have also added a series of videos under the same drop down arrow call My Learning, these have been designed to enable you to get the most out of using Wealth Platform.
We will need to set you up on Wealth Platform, so please call us on 01534 724241 so that we can run you through the set up steps. Any member of the team can help set this up, and we may ask for some additional information to verify your identity before we go live.
Please note, that when you initially log into Wealth Platform, it will only show the assets held in your name (joint and partner assets will not show). When you call to activate your Wealth Platform account, subject to your request, we can amend this so that your joint and partner assets are also visible.
